ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please enter the apartment after 2pm on the day of arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
Departure please by 10am on day of departure, unless arranged otherwise.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Reservation confirmation includes a deposit of approx. 25% of the total cost of your stay as a reservation guarantee. The reservation will become valid only after we receive your reservation guarantee on our bank account.
We will send you a confirmation by email right after the transaction is done.
Rest of the amount should be paid within 24 hours of your arrival.
Bank fees and money transfer costs should be paid by sending party.
In case of cancellation we keep the deposit.
